Waiver

Yoga: bring a yoga mat, water, and any additional props you would like to use during your practice (blocks, bolsters, straps, towels, etc.).

Wear comfortable clothing that is form fitting enough to allow for unrestricted movement and the teachers accurate observation of your alignment and movements.

Training: bring a sweat towel, and water.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows for unrestricted movement and the trainers accurate observation of your posture and movement mechanics. Wear athletic shoes with appropriate support for running or lifting.
